Sophie's Pizza Bar (An RGR Hospitality Concept) is a modern, upscale pizza bar located in the Brick Walk in Fairfield, Connecticut. Since 2021, Sophie's has been serving up delicious bites, craft cocktails, and great service to the Fairfield County community.
As Social Media Marketing Manager for RGR Hospitality, I've had the pleasure of engaging with the Sophie's community on a daily basis. Alongside increasing community engagement, I have:
- Developed and executed strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility
- Had the honor of directing a large-scale content shoot
- Launched the company's first paid social media campaigns
- Expanded our combined audience by over 50% within my first six months
PAID SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING
The implementation of paid social media advertisements has not only increased our brand's local presence tremendously, but has also significantly increased interest in key aspects of our brand's components like catering, gift card revenue, and overall sales. While social media campaigns are constantly running for Sophie's, their impact shines brighter during the holiday season.
In December of 2024 I launched and optimized a gift card campaign for all three concepts for RGR Hospitality that increased gift card sales across all three restaurants by $4,000 in the first week of its running compared to the previous year. To compliment this campaign I ramped up our ongoing Catering campaigns for the months of November and early December, which, when combined with Radio advertisements, lead to our busiest day of Catering on the books, with almost $10,000 in sales in catering orders alone.
