SPICY STIR FRY
This stir fry is super delicious with a little kick. You can add in any veggies you like and it will taste amazing every time! Top with shrimp and avocado over rice for the ultimate lunch. ​​​​​​​
Ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas
3 broccoli florets
1 bell pepper 
1 cup peas 
1 cup edamame 
1 tbsp paprika 
1 tsp red pepper flakes (more flakes = more heat)
1 tbsp chili powder 
1 tsp cumin 

To make:
1. Toss a tablespoon of oil into a pan and throw in your veggies. Sauté until mostly cooked, stirring frequently
2. Add in each spice one at a time and stir until all veggies are coated. Adjust the amounts as needed based on the volume of veggies in the pan. If you're looking for a little more spice, throw in some more chili powder and red pepper flakes!
3. Sauté for another two minutes once coated, take off the heat and serve over rice. Enjoy!
