MANGO RASPBERRY NICECREAM
There's nothing better than a bowl of nicecream on a sunny day! This bowl combines some of my favorite flavors for the perfect treat.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1-2 tbsp almond milk (sub: water)
1 scoop protein powder
To make:
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender. Works best if you use a blender with a lid instead of a blender like a nutribullet.
2. Turn the blender on low speed and let it mix for a bit. If your ingredients aren't mixing, take a spoon and push down the fruit gently while the blender is still on low speed so that the fruit begins to mix. Be careful as this can be potentially dangerous if your blender is on any speed higher than the lowest one.  If this still doesn't work, add in a little more liquid.
3. Blend until there are no chunks. To ensure that you get a thick texture that is similar to ice cream, make sure to not over blend your ingredients.
4. Pour into a bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
